Referrals
To earn referral fee, the one being referred (seller or buyer) needs to enter your code when posting, and the referred agent needs to enter your code when registering.
Referral fee is 20% of collected transaction fee or agent fee.
For example, if we collect a fee of $1500, we pay a referrer $300, for a realized referral transaction (when property is sold).
Agent-to-agent referrals:
Note that agent A can refer agents A1, A2, A3, etc. In turn, Agent A1 can refer agents B1, B2, B3, etc.
Agent A will earn referral fees resulting from transactions directly related agents A1, A2, A3, etc.
Agent A1 will earn referral fees resulting from transactions directly related to agents B1, B2, B3, etc. Agent A will not earn any referral fees resulting from transactions related agents B1, B2, B3, etc.
Note:
Referral fee is applicable only to real estate transactions.
Referral fee will not be valid or awarded during FREE trial periods.
