1. Provide market analysis and determine pricing
2. Recommend upgrades or repairs, if any
3. List property on MLS (Realtor's Multiple Listing Service)
4. Supply yard sign, flyer box and lockbox
5. Advertise property
6. Perform "Open House"
7. Show Property
8. Assist in property inspections
9. Assist seller in negotiation and all needed paperwork
10. Follow-up and work closely with escrow and seller
Buyer's Agent
1. Provide market analysis
2. Assist in determination of affordable price range
3. Assist in obtaining mortgage, if requested by buyer
4. Assist in property inspections
5. View property with buyer
6. Assist seller in negotiation and all needed paperwork
7. Follow-up and work closely with escrow and buyer
