Seller and Buyer Obligations Relating To Agents Bidding
Our service is FREE to you (property seller or buyer); however, you are, within 7 days from close of bidding, obligated to enter a 30-day-minimum agency agreement with 1 of the top 3 winning agents being presented to you
or the winning Preferred Agent if you select Preferred Agents bidding.
You can restart the process by posting again if the bidding resulted less than 3 winning agents or after the agency agreement with the winning agent expires and your property is not sold.
If the bidding resulted only 1 or 2 winning agents, you can, but are not obligated to, enter agreement with 1 agent.
