There are 3 ways you can get clients: First is via mortgage leads, second is via the Ranked Mortgage Offers page, and third is via the "Mortgage Offer" button of buyer's posting. With the first, immediately after buyer posting, you will receive buyer's posting details and you may contact client via email to make mortgage offer.
With the second, you need to post your mortgage offers, after viewing your offers on the Ranked Mortgage Offers page, client may contact you via email. With the third, you may contact client by clicking on "Mortgage Offer" button. The display of Ranked Mortgage Offers, which is available to all buyers, can be invoked at the Home Buyer page.
When buyers specify their needs for Mortgage Agent, subscribed agents in specific locality will receive leads alerting them to contact clients. It's up to you to negotiate with clients to reach agreement for agent services.
As agent, you can use tools in Agent Page for Real Estate or Mortgage Agent or both.

Please note that Mortage Agent fee, which is separate from Real Estate Agent fee,
is 0.5% of the loan amount for subscribed agents. Mortgage Agent fee may be waved during FREE trial period.
